Platform Updates

New Teacher/Director Dashboard

We are excited to introduce a new dashboard designed specifically for directors and teachers to help them organize and manage everything in one place. This dashboard provides a concise overview of center activities and student performance, enabling better insights and decision-making.

The dashboard includes an overall summary featuring:

– The total number of students in the center.

– New student enrollments.

– Updates on assessments, questions, or courses.

Additionally, the dashboard provides detailed insights on:

Inactive Students: Identifies students who have been inactive on the platform for a long time, allowing you to take steps to re-engage them.

Inconsistent Students: Highlights students who are irregular in their activities or participation.

Student Score Progress: Displays the top 5 students who have shown the most improvement based on diagnostic test results.

Assessments Due Soon: Summarizes assessments with approaching due dates so you can ensure timely completion.

Flagged Issues Report: Provides a report on any flagged issues requiring your attention.

Accuracy Analysis: Offers a percentage accuracy breakdown for each subject and unit within the content assigned to your classrooms. By identifying weaker areas, you can support student improvement with additional lessons or targeted teaching.

Latency Analysis: Tracks the time taken to solve questions in specific skill sets, categorized by subjects and units. This helps you guide students to improve their speed using tips, tricks, shorter methods, or formulae.

License Usage Summary: Provides an overview of used and unused licenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.

New Student and Teacher Activity: Offers a summary of recent activities for both new students and teachers

Deeper Insights with Classroom Analytics Graphs

We’ve added two new graphs in classroom analytics:

Accuracy Analysis: Displays the average accuracy of students by subject unit and topic.

Latency Analysis: Tracks the average time students take to answer questions, broken down by skillset, subject unit, and topic.

These graphs help you identify which topics are well-understood and which need more attention.

How to access:

Open a classroom → Go to Analytics → View the graphs under the analytics section.

Track Student Improvement with Score Progress

The new score progress leaderboard compares each student’s first attempt with their latest scores, showing how much they’ve improved or if they need extra support. This feature tracks progress automatically, so you can focus on helping students succeed.

How to access:

Open a classroom → Go to Analytics → Scroll down to find the Score Progress Leaderboard.

Identify Inconsistent Students

Now, you can easily spot students who are inconsistent in using the platform. The new list in classroom analytics shows these students along with their activity and attempts over the last 30 days. You can notify them directly using the platform to encourage better engagement.

How to access:

Open a classroom → Go to Analytics → Scroll down to find the Inconsistent Student List.

Quick and Clear Assessment View

The assessment page has been redesigned from a block-style layout to a streamlined tabular format. This makes it easier to view and manage all your assessments in one place, saving time and effort.

How to access:

Go to the Assessments tab on your dashboard to see the updated view.

Simplified Classroom Assessment Management

Inside the classroom, we’ve updated the assessment view to a tabular format for better clarity and navigation. Now, finding and assigning assessments is faster and simpler.

How to access:

Personalized Subject Selection

Students, teachers, and directors can now select specific subjects during profile creation. For example, students can choose SAT Math or SAT English to avoid seeing content from unrelated subjects.
